disappointing to say the least that left me feeling frustrated and shocked at their lack of professionalism. First and foremost, I was expected to drive my own car onto a hoist, which was something I had never done before. I believe it is the responsibility of the tyre company to assist with this process, especially considering the potential risks involved.
