I own a Ryobi pressure washer, pump went out and since i purchased the warranty for the machine, Big T’s made is simple to file a claim and get me a new machine. Note: Ease of getting a replacement or parts is based on what’s wrong with the machine and if you purchased the warranty for the machine at time of purchase.
