Excellent service and prices
Giving Big T’s Small Engine Repair shop a 5 out of 5, not only because he completely restored our busted up lawn mower & got her running like a champ; but also someone (whom no longer works there) gave us an estimate then did not let us know in advance that our final price was $60 more due to some much needed parts— which should have been communicated before additional work was done per Big T’s SOPs!! This is my experience with this place: "They repaired my Toro 30." I paid for something that wasn't done correctly. I wasted time due to their inexperience. I had to take it somewhere else to fix it. This is just a review, nothing personal. I don't recommend it for machine repair.
Big shout out to Greg from BigT's small engine repair. He helped me with my warranty claim on a ryobi impact wrench, I received a new one in 8 days Thansks again Greg for going above and beyond
