Randomly met an employee of this company and he offered me a sample lighter and chatted with me for a bit. Great customer service and I wasn't even a customer! I can tell this place takes care of its clients.
Extremely knowledgeable of the industry and all the products that are out there. I've always received exceptional guidance on which products would be good quality and reflect well on my brand versus which products would come across as cheap and a waste of money. Highly recommend.
This is a fabulous company with fabulous staff. I recently used Big Tree Promotions for a promotion I did with seeded business cards (the ones that will grow wild flowers when you plant them). I loved their creativity in bringing that idea to me and I felt that their service was impeccable. Plus - my seeded cards are a massive hit.
