Ted Corley the office manager lies constantly. He's never in the office. I have talked to several people living here and we all have the same problems with him. I reported a leak months ago and Ted didn't do anything about it for so long my trailer started getting soft spots in the floor and wall damage. Ted lied and said it was from ac condensation.
