This place is amazing. The trees are big and provide excellent cover. The property's are spacious and most lots are fenced in. But the people are what matters. Mr.Ted is an amazing man and has made sure we feel welcome. He is kind, understands that past circumstances and situations are not what defines us as people today, and he is willing to help ppl whom are willing to do so themselves.
Ted Corley the office manager lies constantly. He's never in the office. I have talked to several people living here and we all have the same problems with him. I reported a leak months ago and Ted didn't do anything about it for so long my trailer started getting soft spots in the floor and wall damage. Ted lied and said it was from ac condensation. I had an ac maintenance guy come and he said theres no way all this damage was from ac condensation. He actually said my ac was fine and didn't even charge me a service call. I ... read more
