Best place I've ever used Ryan and Chris make it feel like family
Just wanted to start of giving a shout out to Mitch & the team over there! had a problem with my bike not running right, as busy as all bike shops are this time of year, he was able to get me in a reasonable time for an appointment, they got the bike back to me running like a dream, in a pretty fast time frame for what had to be done aswell, customer service was excellent, prices were extremely fair, would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

I bought my bike at Big Toy Shop and have had all my maintenance and upgrades done there. Every time they have gone above my expectations with their service and quality of work! I recently had it in for a ‘going over’ before I head out to BC. They recommended a few things I didn’t even think about, and ‘took care of’ a few adjustments at no charge. They really do look after their customers.
