Bought 2009 Tri-Glide on April 17th 2025. Mid May before I could ride it (weather, insurance etc). To date, have rode it about 8 times. Since I've owned it, I've lost 4 bolts, brake side upper stabilizer bar. Bought a replacement bolt at Harley. Before putting in the new bolt noticed a chipped out area top of bolt hole on the head. Put new bolt in and torqued to spec. Came loose and lost it. Bought another new bolt and applied blue lock tight and torqued to spec. Lost that one as well. BTS was highly recommended to us so we brought in our Honda Odyssey minivan for service today. After inspection and recommendations, brakes were cleaned and no longer squealing, alignment done, fluids changed, and oil pressure switch replaced due to leak. Excellent service and it cost less than we expected. We will definitely bring our cars back for service. Thank you BTS ☺️
Just wanted to show my appreciation to the sales staff for helping me get back into the saddle of a bike again. Thanks Crystal. Also part of the sale was to have a part of exhaust/muffler installed as part of the deal which was on order. When part arrived it was a little different and required quick thinking and fabrication.
