Found my go to sandwich place was going pretty consistently. Fresh bread, meat and veggies. I prefer to do an online order and pick up. I do tip, however the older woman working this afternoon (Saturday) was rude and argued with me over what i had ordered. I had gotten 3 sandwiches and a kids meal. I also got 2 large sodas and 2 bags of chips however at pick up was told that i had no drinks or chips even though my receipt clearly showed it. Excellent experience! Jack was friendly and knowledgeable. Just seemed like a really cool and nice kid. I live in Eugene, but I drive for Ride Source. Every once in a while I’m able to take my lunch in this area of town to snag a sandwich from big town hero. I grew up a little bit in Corvallis and we used to go to that one all the time back in the day early 2000s. Brings back a ton of memories and it’s always better when you get great service and sandwich. Great job Jack and crew! Thank you!
The owner is a gentleman, a family man and a community leader to say the least. He was right. These are the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I just got another one today, honest to God good Sandwich shop if you need one to frequent, this is worth every dollar. I recommend small talk with the owner because not only are the sandwich is good but the company is marvelous.
