When you go to them with a problem they treat you like you are trying to cheat them. They left a candle wax like stain on my coat and hid it by the way the folded it and asked me to pay again when I took it back and showed them. Very expensive, rude and sneaky.
I've had no problems with their dry cleaning services but their alternations service has been inconsistent. throughout the years. Today was the last straw for me. I took in a brand new pair of Banana Republic pants (as in, not cheap) and asked for them to be hemmed to half an inch from the floor. I picked them up today, put them on, and realized they were shorter than 1/2 an inch from the ground. I went back to complain.
