I started going to Rom.proballt when he opened. Ar first he was good he called you back in a timely manner and gave you a fair price to fix. The vehical . Now I had a warranty on my 2015 Jeep And the r fine blew I Took it to Tom in October of 2024 . I have a 2 year warranty that expires June of 2025 and it's now almost March 2026 He been telling me the motor is in the shop there I called the warranty company he was denied the motor for lack of following through with them they been waiting for him to call. This guy has my car since june 2025 he is the worst garage ever. He don't return my phone calls. He actually told me to bring 1000.00 dollars to the garage and he will fix my car. This garage is a living nightmare. I don't do not recommend this place for any kind of work on any vehicles. He told me he would send a tow truck to get it and he will look at it that's a major joke.
