Bought car from out of state for my daughter attending school in southern CA. Big Timing was pleasant to work with to make this happen, but between the time when we purchased and registered the car in my home state and when my daughter got the car, a hubcap was reportedly "stolen" while on their lot. We were told they would replace it. It did not happen after several reachouts to them. Would have rated them higher if they came through on this minor post-closing detail.

Had an amazing experience buying their 2013 Honda Accord. I was car shopping for so long feeling lost and overwhelmed but Moe made the process so simple and fast. I 100% recommend this dealership if you want a reliable Honda. UPDATE: It’s sad for me that I have to write this review but Moe is unreliable when it comes to issues with the car. Avoid they make fake promise say they will repair something and ghost you then say they will send list of repair places don't claim it's aftermarket item yes and you knew when you said you would take care of it. Wiring acting up and tell u warranty is 4 months well then u get paperwork and says half of engine or motor is cover 1200 miles or 4 months not whole amount but 50 percent avoid them so it turns out she needed a starter and it got repaired well shocks are leaking have pictures and Toyota showed husband arms are teari... read more
