Bought a 2010 Civic and i love it.
I bought a 2010 Honda Civic from here and got it delivered because i couldnt drive out to pick it up. Guy i dealed with was cool until after the car was delivered then i can’t get a text back about any issues, reimbursements they promised, and i haven’t even received the title. I would not recommend buying from here unless you’re okay with being ignored after. I am glad that Moe had answered all of the questions I had before purchasing my first vehicle. If you want good customer service, then this is the right place. The reviews did not disappoint and the almost 2 hour drive from San Diego was worth it.
We purchased a car from them on Tuesday. The process was easy and Moe was extremely nice. Moe said that they were going to replace the lose mirror from the driver side. He said the mirror was in shop. The mirror was not replaced they just glued it!!! Once we noticed we called him and he said that it was not in the shop and they had to order it.He told my husband he was going to call him no later than Friday and we are still waiting. Moreover, he said the car was going to be clean it was not we had to move trash from the car.
Great guys. Paid for my uber ride, ensured I was getting a good trusted vehicle. Moe was very helpful and assuring.
