Big Time Storage and Jamie were super easy to work with. I had an issue in January where I forgot to update my card with them, and Jamie simply just messaged me and we got it squared away. No "big company" fees. Only leaving because we upgraded houses, so I don't have the need anymore.
The owner is friendly and helpful. The units are huge and clean. They have lights and an outlet. We would recommend.

They have went above and beyond what I expected. We had a family emergency and they help so much. I would recommend them everyday.
