My experience with Big Time Pest Control has been excellent. I first contacted them for a Veterans home inspection, and Joe came out to inspect my home. He found a small issue with my fascia board that could have become a much bigger problem if left untreated. Joe gave me a fair estimate and quickly scheduled the repair for July 2nd, which helped keep my financing on track. Charles, the contractor, did outstanding work on my roof line. Alister was wonderful! Personable and professional! Kind and knowledgeable.. He actually saw that my dog (my kid) got out through the gate I had opened and around me while he and I were talking! I didn't even notice and went back inside while he began his work. When he saw her up the street a few houses, he went to get her and brought her back to me!! Oh my gosh! Alister was great! He took the time to talk with us about our particular concerns and took care of everything informing us along the way. Big Time is the best!
Have to nearly harass Big Time to do any real work besides their routine spraying and don't seem to be eager to help when you need them most. Technicians won't go out of their way (like set traps where they need to be set) to help you. Big Time's quotes for extra work are pure robbery and always significantly higher than the competition. They have an available staff able to answer calls, but don't expect them to go too much out of their way. Will be looking to change my plan to someone else soon.
