I didn't get see their work. However, Steve took the time to explain the process and why I saw such a wide range of estimates for my truck. He was very honest and even recommended I approach it with warranty in mind since the truck is so new. He was willing to do the repair but kept my interest in mind during our talk. That alone tells me that he is customer oriented and would apply that to his work. Thanks for your time and the education, Steve.
