I have been using this company for years. We have had our foosball table and our pinball machine repaired and some parts updated, We can't say enough about how i'm thankful for this company! They are timely they come back when they say they're gonna come back and the repairs are spot on! We've also had our pool table re-covered, and that's the best job we've ever seen! Hands down!
I sold a machine to a customer in Las Vegas that seemed to have some issues when it arrived. I contacted Big Time Amusement to troubleshoot and fix the problem.
