I had called several tree services to take down a dead (and dangerous) maple tree. Nobody wanted to deal with it. I had nearly given up hope when I called Big Timber. I wasn't told 'Someone will be out to look at it [eventually]'...instead I was told 'Jerome will see you there tomorrow at 5pm'. Jerome was there as promised the next day, he was professional, he gave me options, asked what I wanted to do, quoted me a fair price and was out the following day to bring the tree down. These guys are great!
Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job. I rarely write reviews, but they deserve it. They spent the day working hard at my home trimming large tree branches up to 20-25 feet high and taking down a few trees and stumps. His pricing was reasonable and fair. They also did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend Big Timber Tree service.
