A beautiful structure. Cody and Vanessa were very responsive via email. I was about to customize certain dimensions and add the swing bench & table with the beautiful tongue and groove brown and cedar stain. I’m obsessed. It’s my favorite site to walk into our backyard to. Thank you Big Timber!
We purchased a custom structure which was delivered and installed to our satisfaction however, one year later when we called and emailed multiple times to request replacement roof panels, we received not one response. Suffice to say, once they sell you a structure and it's installed, customer service goes out the window.
Do not send your money to Big timber. I ordered a Grill Gazebo that shows on my account was completed Nov 11th 2023 and now its March of 2024 and no Gazebo. They took my money and after several calls and emails I get no response. Do not order online and lose your money.

I just had one of their Laguna wood pavilions installed over my patio. It is everything I had hoped for. The completed project looks at least as good as their photos. The crew worked efficiently, and the structure is incredibly well designed and well built. Plus, the price was quite reasonable for an excellent product.
