My family was vacationing at Lake Ozark last week, and purchased a tube to pull behind the boat here. It ripped on one of the seams the first day we used it. We brought it back and exchanged it for the same tube. The next day the tube ripped in the same seam again. After the tube ripped in the same place again, we brought it back to get a refund.
