Big Thunder .... More like Big Blunder. The general service manager had a HORRIBLE attitude towards my 76 year old father. I bet we've spent over $50,000 in service over the last 26 years when it was Glencove. Big Blunder doesn't call you back. They don't show up and when they do they'll overcharge you and then they have a cocky attitude. Save your time and don't do business with these losers.
