Jeromy coordinated all of the repairs for my boat. My salesperson Sam Olson, even offered to cover my boat up on my arrival, knowing that I’d be getting in after dark. Everyone there is extremely professional and helpful!
Convenient. They have winterized and de-winterezed several of our boats over the years. I text them and we do the whole transaction by text. Easy deal and a professional job done every time.
Great experience with Big Thunder. Frequent communication keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs. They also explored repair options and presented them. The boat was returned to the my dock in excellent condition with the cover placed appropriately as well as connecting my battery charger and fans I use to circulate the air under the covers. I greatly appreciate all they have done and highly recommend them!
