I took my precious lulu to this vet, I paid $476.85 bill only to be told she had a yeast infection and dry eye? The next day she died! She was everything to me and I love her so much! I rushed her to Conroe emergency hospital at 3am and I ran in, they immediately took her but it was too late. She’s gone? I still can’t believe it? I’m devastated! I’m in more pain than I’ve ever been! I still don’t understand? They told me she was ok? She was ok? But the next day and she’s gone?
Over charge for medication, and have a 12.75 fee they charge for pill bottle! They force you to purchase their prescriptions, when walmart pharmacy is have the price, but vet will not write scripts! Yup putting pets 1st! Can't stand greed! Have used this office for 3 years, and it has continually decline in its customer relationships! Time for a fresh start!
