Great service and delicious food.
Brisket usually hurts my feelings. I order it, knowing it's probably going to be dry but hoping it won't be. This time, it didn't hurt my feelings. I was actually able to cut it with a fork & it was so juicy I didn't need sauce or a drink after. The pulled pork, chicken, burnt ends were all perfection. The creamed corn was real corn-not canned. The baked beans have amazing flavor. 10/10
This has been in my "want to stop" queue for over a year, and now I'm furious with myself. I can't believe I missed out for that long! First of all, it is in the coolest old house converted to restaurant. Creaky floors, trendy decor, and side rooms which contribute to a more intimate dining experience.
