Huge shoutout to Brockton and the crew at BIG TEX TRAILERS OF MICHIGAN! Just picked up our new 24’ pontoon trailer, and we couldn’t be happier! There was a vendor delay out of their control, but Brockton handled it like a total pro — great communication and truly outstanding customer service. The place is packed with great inventory and everyone there is super helpful. We’ll never go anywhere else! If you’re looking for a trailer, seriously — go see Brockton. You’ll be glad you did! Amazing service, both Chris, the manager and Eric, the technician went above and beyond to help me resolve my dilemma. They reminded me of the old days when people helped just for the sake of helping and doing what’s right. Both of them got involved to help me resolve my trailer/light dilemma practically without asking. In the end, my problem was solved and I’m sure they put in extra time without charging me, even though the issue was in my vehicle and not the trailer that they had fixed correctly right from the get go.
