I ordered duly treiler and paid 5000 deposit! Due to unknowingly buying a truck with low towing capacity, had to cancel it. Mr. Bob was really helpful. He called factory and reodered for another treiler for my needs. They got best treilers! Thank you for your help and cooperation🙏🤝
Car trailer had a bearing failure on Sunday afternoon just north of Jax. Showed up at 8 at Big Tex in a tropical storm. The whole staff was there and on time despite the weather. Mike Piazza immediately helped me out and they had all the parts I needed in stock. They even found some parts that they no longer inventoried that fit my application and gave me a nice discount. I got back to my trailer and all the parts fit exactly as promised and I was on my way home before 11am. Great help. Highly recommended.
