I arrived at this company at 7 AM for unloading. Even though I was already on site, they told me unloading would only start at 9. By 7:30, the forklift guys were already driving around me, so I went to ask if they could unload me earlier because I had a second stop. They just said “No, 9.”Very rude people who don’t care at all. This is a terrible company. Truckers, be careful. One star.
We stumbled upon Big Tex Trailers on the route to view another trailer location. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted with kindness and welcoming faces. Dawn which the an awesome saleswoman by the way. She was very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. We encountered a couple issues but Dawn would not give up until she found a solution and that she did. With the assistance of Chevy, which is a awesome admin, they made our purchase possible.
