Melissa was incredible to deal with. After inquiring about a trailer they had in stock she was able to get the paperwork ready the same day over the phone. They prepped it for the next day and had it ready for pickup making process very simple and laid back. Overall it took less than 30 minutes on my end. The drive to pick up the trailer took longer than the actual buying process. Would recommend dealing with them and keeping the business local!
My appointment was rescheduled three times. On the third reschedule, I expressed concern that they might not be up for this job. The insisted they were. During installation, they called and said it was more difficult than they anticipated, and would cost more to install. I agree to the upcharge but again expressed concern. I did not want to have any issues. When I picked up, my bumper was scratched in three locations. They explained that it was complicated and there was no way around it.
