Called last week and left a voice mail during business hours, nobody ever called back. Called in the morning this week, asked about the 16 foot utility trailer and asked if it had a dovetail. Sales rep said they didn't make it for that model, (which is fine). I asked the rep for an estimate to get it customized at another shop to add a dovetail and they said a few thousand dollars, which is absurd.
