Bought a trailer at the Big Tex trailer company in boerne a couple of years ago. Somehow my connectors from the trailer to my truck pulled a part my wires. Traveled to Big Tex and spoke to Laura, who then connected me to Nick. Nick took care of me and fixed my wires. Put new connectors on and explained to me exactly how to reconnect them. When I started to pay; Laura told me no charge. Couldn’t believe what I heard. They thanked me and off I when without paying for the service and connectors. What service. 5 STARS
