We purchased a Bad Boy 4025 tractor package from Melissa. The entire process was fantastic and fun. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable and a definite people person. My wife and I are thoroughly impressed. We could not be happier with our decision to purchase from Big Tex Tractor!
Great dealership, great communication. Only can give it a couple of stars due to the Terra Force grapple I purchased NEW. Grapple works great. While doing my first greasing I noticed 3 of my hydraulic lines were weather cracked completely down to the braided line. I questioned this (I know the outter layer is simply a glorified dust cover) and the response from the manufacturer is “if it’s not leaking, it’s fine”. Melissa was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process during and after purchase. Additionally, the delivery was very professional and quick. Communication was consistent and clear. We could not be happier with our tractor, and Big Tex got us there without hassle!
From start to finish we had a wonderful experience. Our sales lady Melissa was very helpful and friendly even when we couldn't make up our minds! She dealt with our crazy family as we added on attachments and made changes multiple times, then to top it off she got the tractor ordered very quickly and ready for us to make our lives easier ahead of schedule. We can't thank her enough for putting up with us! And we are very happy with our purchase!
