Melissa was the sales rep that helped us and she was wonderful throughout the process! When we had questions and Melissa wasn’t there, Kevin filled in and answered all of our questions, showed us around, and explained everything in great detail. We are completely satisfied with our experiences at Big Tex!
The parts and service team was wonderful during my recent visit. William was knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to assist me. The parts I needed were in stock, he had me in and out in no time. Couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience!
Took my bad boy mower in for service they were reasonably priced and got my mower back faster then anyone else in the area.
