I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience with a storage facility—until now. I accidentally booked the wrong unit online and called Big Tex Storage expecting a hassle. Instead, I got Ray. Ray was kind, patient, and handled everything quickly and easily. No stress. No runaround. Just genuinely helpful service from someone who clearly cares. In a world where customer service often feels like a lost art, this little interaction stood out in the best way. Thanks, Ray. You made a potentially frustrating day feel easy.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Been with them for 7 months and would still be there because of their security. Nichole the manager is the reason that I left on today. She is rude, not compassionate, miserable, tremendously unhappy, mean and evil!! I try not to keep score of wrongs done to me, but she is a horrible, horrible person. I've had an amazing experience with Big Tex and highly recommend it to anyone—especially those with larger moves and require 18-wheelers or larger moving trucks. Which is one of the reasons I chose this location. It's rare to find that kind of setup, especially with space to maneuver such a large vehicle. They also have covered parking, which helped me move without stopping when it rained later that day. Security here is top-notch.
