Unpaid training, flirting on the job, and disrespectful personal signage at the desk to begin with. The so-called “hiring process” at this place is absolutely ridiculous. They interview once by video call and then once in person. Ok, so far pretty standard. Then they ask you to come in to “shadow” someone for a half of a shift.
