I had a deeply disappointing experience with Jacob. We scheduled a time for him to assess our fence, and although he confirmed, he didn’t show up. After multiple attempts to reach him, he finally answered and claimed his phone had died, no apology, no accountability. Despite that red flag, I gave him another chance. After having my fence post pulled up from strong winds due to the original fence company didn’t put post deep enough and dealing with the builder to get the fence repaired. Jacob and team were very professional. They kept me updated on the progress of my vinyl fence. There were challenges due to the rain, but once the rain stop the crew got back at it. I love my fence and the installation was perfect. If you are interested in getting your fence replace I would recommend Big Tex fence.
