I pulled into this place with no appointments in the manager and the gentleman that did the tire were so wonderful they even wanted to make sure that I needed a new tire I ended up needing one because I had a nail in my tire but I was so grateful that they even cared enough to check just in case I didn't need one before they charged me for something that I didn't need thank you guys I will definitely be back
I went to big tex and the service was a 5 star and the work at the front was so nice and understanding
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My AC compressor went out while I was on a long road trip and this shop saved the day. They stayed open late to help me on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend, I can’t express enough gratitude for the kindness they showed me. The price was fair, the AC is back up and running, and I can’t speak highly enough of this shop and all of the employees!!
Joshua gave the best service he will take care of you and make sure you get on the road hassle free I went to like 7 different repair shops trying to get something on my car repaired and they act like they couldn’t do the service or was well over expensive so I’m glad I came here I truly recommend this shop and they became my new home
