Amazing customer service love it..
My brakes went out on me in a work vehicle and luckily I was right next to an exit and was able to pull off the road safely. Right off the exit was Big Tex Auto Repair & Tire. I pulled into their lot, told them I was in the area for work and what happened. They found the problem, got parts in, and repaired the truck in 2hrs! These guys are awesome! Highly recommend!!!
Went for brake line replacement they finished the job supposably the first time took off with the car and went on the freeway could not brake almosy got into a huge accident went back and the owner was trying to say it's nothing they did they did there job and we tried explaining to the mechanic to drive the car and see for himself he took the car for a drive and said yes something wrong they took it back into shop for another hour and drove the car not even 80 miles and the brakes started messing up again I took it to a For... read more
