Big Tex is hands down the best! Came here for service on my Mahindra tractor and found these guys to be: - Great on the mechanics - fixed my issues right and did it fast! - Quick turn around! 10 days even though they had a line of tractors going in and out for repair - Communicative. Out standing Place to buy from.. Jeremy was very helpful in letting us test a couple mowers and helping us to decide on Gravely 360 mower.. So far I Love it. I trust the staff when (if ) I have any issues with the mower.. I would buy from Big Tex Agriplex again without a second thought.
I purchased a Gravely mower from Big Tex. Jeremy knew the models, equipment, & differences. He was personable, great to work with, and there were no pressure to buy. He also found a Gravely promotional that saved on the cost. My experience with Big Tex Agriplex was very good.

Great parts but dont use the Service Dept they will tell you covered under warranty mechainc can't trouble shoot eletronic componets they just change and charge your wallet and had the tractor 5 weeks ....beware....
