The folks at Big Tex Agriplex in Nacogdoches are awesome. I bought a small tractor and I love it. It had a small issue when I first used it. A clogged air filter alarm. I contacted them about it, they came and picked it up, took it to the shop, fixed the problem (faulty sensor) and promptly returned it. I recently performed my 50 hour maintenance and had an issue with one of the filters that needed to be replaced. I could not get the thing off. Update 03/2025 We were so impressed we can back in 2025 and bought a Mahindra 5155. Just an awesome tractor, having a blast. Thank you once again Jeremy. 2024: Jeremy was awesome with helping us purchase our first zero turn Gravely Pro Turn 152. Amazing mower, the property has not been maintained and this beast handles the tall, thick grass, weeds and brush. In a year the place will look amazing. I bought a Gravely mower at my local dealership two years ago. Since then, that dealership went out of business. I had an issue with my mower and was looking for a new dealership to use for service and what not. Danny and his guys in the service department worked tirelessly with Kawasaki to ensure the problem was covered under warranty and he got it done. If you’re looking for somewhere with top notch customer service, look no further! I won’t be going anywhere else.
