Welsch’s catered our wedding and were wonderful to work with! Everyone loved the food and the staff was awesome and super friendly. I loved working with them.
A keg exploded before our scheduled bar service time came up and flooded the area. By the time they got things going, we were a half hour past scheduled bar time. People were just sitting around bored not drinking. Things happen, yes, but since I paid for a full five hours and only got 4.5, they should have pro-rated me a half-hour refund. Not only because I didn't get all the time promised in the contract, but because it also negatively affected my reception. We use Big Ten regularly for corporate and personal catering. The food and service is outstanding, and is restaurant quality. I highly recommend them!
Big Ten catered our wedding in December 2024. This was one of the catering vendors that our venue allowed. Communication at the start was good and we really liked the food at our tasting. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, communication was terrible. I planned the whole wedding myself, so I was relying on vendors to know what to ask to make sure everything went smoothly.
