Let’s start with professionalism, they are horrible. Brenda is the one answering the phone and scheduling appointments, she does not return calls and ignores voice messages. I submitted a claim with American home shield and was assigned to this service company. They came out the first time and had to order a part, a week later they come back replace and still not working. They told me they had to replace the whole ice maker and the journey begins. Service man out to fix my dishwasher seem to be a nice guy. Now I was on the phone I could hear something drop in my kitchen the repair man came up to say everything was good gave the thumbs up and left I finished my call and went to check his work. Only to fine my wood floor was scratch in two places in front of my dishwasher. He never said a word to me just left. And to top it off my dishwasher is still not working right. ******** **** ****** assigned Big Ten Appliance Service to my request. After not hearing from them yesterday I called *** to ask them to get in touch with Big Ten. Then a Brenda from Big Ten called me yesterday at 2:36 pm and confirmed that a service call for my dead refrigerator would be "tomorrow 9-2 PM", which would indeed make that a Saturday service call. We have used Big Ten before and all went well, this attempt to use Big Ten was a waste of time. We had an appointment for between 1 and 5 on Monday 11/5 for dryer repair. No one ever showed up, we left 3 messages with Big Ten but no one responded and we have no idea why the service call wasn't made. I would at least expect a curtesy call if something happened to delay the technician and I would certainly expect some one to return our call to reschedule, we got no return call. It is a poor way to run a business.
