On 20 March 2020 I spoke with the owner and manager via cell phone at this location and he informed me that his technician broke the cable shift on my 2008 F150 while replacing my transmission for the second time. He stated since they drove to the Ford dealer on Rivertown Road and got a replacement and installed the new cable shift then I should accommodate Big T by pay $37.00 for the replacement. RecommendedIf you ever need ANYTHING car related, make sure to stop by Big T Tire! They always take amazing care of me, and they're even open on Saturdays! Shout out specifically to the service manager Eddie for working me in on such short notice, y'all are the best! 😁
If you need any kind of work done to your vehicle check with These guys first. First time here. Will be bringing my car back for oil changes , tire rotations etc. from now on. Raymond was Awesome .?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always my go to shop when I need something checked on, repaired or towed. Great customer service and the friendliest staff. Always looking to make sure you have everything to make you satisfied- if I could give more than 5 stars I would!
I have had all 3 of my vehicles in with them over the last 18 months and have spent hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars with them. If it's more that an oil change or tire rotation, I have to take the cars/truck back multiple times before it's fixed or the job is done right. I don't have time for this. Have found someone that counts my time as valuable as their own. I'm a slow learner, but I have learned. No more chances for Big T. They never make it right.
Took good care of me.and great prices. They stay busy for a reason.
These guys are the absolute best. They actually care about the customer!!
