Excellent service-came to house to inspect where aircon to be installed(other companies just gave quote by email) quick quote which was cheaper than others ,admin staff prompt re install date & tradesmen did first class job.This is our 2nd aircon install with Big T & would recommend them highly--Rod & Sandra
Had some issues with my aircon unit recently; from the moment I contacted Big T the team were extremely professional and efficient in dealing with my problem. The ladies in the office, the tradesmen who attended my house and the management at Big T all reminded me of real old school service!!!! Definitely will be utilising the service of Big T in the future.
