We called and spoke with Laura to organise extra solar panels installation, the cleaning of the existing panels which were installed by Big T 12 months ago and the servicing to our air con units & Ducted systems. Laura was so lovely and organised a date and time that would suit us. Bryce and his team turned up nice and early, sending an arrival time text. I would like to commend Guy for a job well done. He fixed the air conditioner efficiently and professionally. Throughout the service visit, he was polite, courteous, and respectful. He took the time to explain the issue and ensured everything was working properly before leaving. I am very pleased with the service he provided and appreciate his excellent work.
