I’m extremely disappointed with the service my 73-year-old mother received from Big T Electrical. She initially contacted them to inspect her air conditioner. After their diagnosis, they sent a letter recommending regassing, which she agreed to and paid $805 for. The technician told her the system was working fine after the job was completed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They take advantage of our elderly. My grandmother paid over $800 to have her air conditioner regassed after being told that was the issue and that the system was working fine once completed. Less than two weeks later, the unit stopped working again. When she contacted the company, she was then told the leak must have happened after the repair.
