This review is for the 2000 HEAP Cherokee my fiance bought a few years ago from Big T. By the end of this review you will realize that it was a total hunk of crap, in which Big T did nothing to help her with during issues other than rip her off and charge her for everything and perform terrible work. 1) The transmission began to act odd and not shift into OD and would stay at high revs at highway speeds, this was unacceptable. No help at all didnt want my money I guess.
When Roy Choate sold us a car, two major repairs were included in the price. That was 69 days ago. We have been told on a daily basis that 'it will be fixed tomorrow'. He has broken appointments again and again and lied to us so many times. Once he even threatened not to make the repairs at all! He seems to think he is doing us a favor. Mr. Choate's employer is involved as well. He agreed to send the car to the Kia dealers and that he would pay for it himself. (Turns out Roy cannot make the repairs himself!)
