Had a last minute emergency on a Friday evening with our HP 800w, a bad chip on a new ink cartridge. They were very accommodating, and even stayed late to make sure we could get the new ink cartridge we needed.
I needed a maintenance kit for my HP315 printer. HP wanted me to pay and arm and 2 legs for this kit. I checked around and spoke with Luke Emery at Big Sys. He made it super simple to order from them. I'm in Texas and received my maintenance kit the next day!
