RecommendedBig Stone Therapies was very helpful in getting rid of my neck and shoulder pain and the stretches and exercises they showed me have kept me pain-free. Although my problem was a small one, they treated me with concern. I highly recommend them if you're experiencing any kind of pain. Wade and Leah were great!
RecommendedI highly recommend In Touch, Brittany was able to help me with my back pain by doing dry needling on me. I even had many shots in Rochester that didn’t do anything to help! And I felt that my core muscles improved a lot with the exercises she recommended.

I have the worst headaches and Neck and Jaw pain and since I have been working with Erin, Chad and Wade I have been able to take less Migraine medication and my Jaw and Neck pain has gotten so much better!! RecommendedAll of the staff have been friendly and professional, and I always felt welcomed when I was there. Dr. Megan is great because she paid attention to the progress I made at each appointment, and always kept me working on new things as well as practicing what I'd already learned. She also clearly explained her observations and recommendations. The exercises were helpful without being painful, and my core muscles are in the best shape of my life. Highly recommended!😀
