Big Steve’s Tree Care continues to go above and beyond with their customer service. They are prompt to get their free estimate to you, and the scheduling/communication is very easy. The crew that comes to fulfill the job is thorough and the head crew leader, Donald, makes sure the job is completed well. They are the only tree service we will use for our home. Great company!
Big Steve's Tree Care did an amazing job this week. We had several trees trimmed, thinned out, cut down and had some very large tree branches blocking light to the back yard removed. The crew chief, Donaldo was amazing. He provided the best customer service we have experienced in a very long time. Great and knowledgable company to work with. They know their stuff about plants and tree care. Show up on time, do their job and all for a reasonable amount. Better Big Steve and his great staff than me trying to use a chain saw or grinder. My digits are still attached. Highly recommended.

Big Steve's Tree Care removed 2 large oak trees and trimmed other trees. Donald and his team were terrific. They arrived on time, walked through the estimate, and got to work. They did an excellent job and were very respectful of the special conditions in my yard. I highly recommend Big Steve's Tree Care for all your tree needs.
