Alex was such a great help to us! He pulled up while we were changing a flat on I-70. He blocked traffic with his lights on to keep us safe and helped us finish putting on our spare even though we were almost done and didn't need a tow. Then he helped us get to the tire shop in town. There was no charge and nothing but patience and kindness. It was so refreshing to have someone help while we were stressed. Thank you Alex!!
I had a great experience with Big Steve's Towing - My car broke down on I-70 outside of Gypsum on a Sunday afternoon. what could have been a horrible situation was solved by Big Steve's Towing. Alex was able to get the truck out to me within the hour and drive me all the way back to the front range - about 4 hours. He dropped the car at a shop and then drove me home after. Alex was very knowledgeable and i knew i was in good hands. I could not be more thankful for their help!
Had them tow my toolbox, it slipped off the bed when unloading and damaged the side of the box, as well as another toolbox it slammed into. Steve stopped returning my calls and never rectified the damage done to my (VERY expensive) toolbox.
They were very helpful when it came to their willingness to pick my car up from the interstate and drop it off at the tire shop of their choice however when it came time for payment I was told it would be 250.00 for a less than 1 mile tow 😨 After settling for 100.00 paid via PayPal I was more comfortable with the cost however I have called several times and spoken to the owner and requested a receipt of service and payment and still have not received it!
I wish I could give them 10 stars. Alex was a LIFE saver and went above and beyond when my car broke down in the mountains. I cannot thank him enough for being so kind and professional and helpful. Give this man all the money
