Let me start with the brisket, its is the best I've ever had, tender and so delicious. Add the paint and you're in heaven! Aside from the fact that Steve is one of the kindest people I've ever met, his story is straight from a time most people have forgotten about today. He puts the love in his food and it shows! I would highly recommend anything he cooks! They don't make them like that anymore
Big Steve's BBQ Paint is very flavorful that can be painted on anything to enhance the taste, very good.
