Over charged us over a broken spigot during a freeze. Okey doked the repair. Finally refunded us some of the money they charged us when we spoke to a credible company and found out the actual cost of the repair and threatened to turn them into the state for price gouging
Big State answered the phone right away and got us taken care of the next day. Awesome service from our tech Chris! We will definitely reach out to them again for any future needs.
They came out on the day of the appointment. The guy was respectful and courteous. Although he seemed like he was fresh out of high school and seemed a little inexperienced. He did suggest we get a new water heater. He quoted me a price a little higher than I wanted to pay. I ended up getting it myself and installing it myself. I will probably use them again in the future, but just strictly for plumbing issues.
Quick, easy, affordable. Repaired issue in about 24 hours. Gave 4 hour window of service and were on time.
Excellent work on my mother's house.
