The technician arrived exactly when they said he would and walked me through everything he was checking. He explained the issue in terms that made sense and showed me the problem area. The whole repair took about an hour and he cleaned up completely afterward. What impressed me most was how he took time to answer my questions about the electrical panel and even pointed out a few things to keep an eye on. The pricing was transparent from the start with no surprises.
