Saturday night, our fuse panel started buzzing loudly, and after calling Milestone, I felt like they didn’t take my situation seriously at all. Thankfully, Big State Electricians (Richardson) answered the phone, listened to my concerns, and really understood the urgency. Brian showed up at our house in no time and quickly assessed the issue. Big State Electricians (Richardson) came through in a pinch during an emergency. They arrived promptly, handled the problem efficiently, and kept everything professional and affordable. What really stood out was that they even created a video documenting the electrical overload caused by another contractor, super helpful for getting things sorted out. I highly recommend them and will absolutely call them again if anything comes up in the future!
