Hiring process is ridiculous! Six weeks ago, Spent money on the required classes, did orientation and drug screen then ghosted me. What's up with that? Still waiting for that follow up, doubt I'll hear back. Very unprofessional.
SLAVE CONTRACT for the Orlando location‼️‼️ Wants you to work Monday - Saturday 6am-6pm. That’s no time for yourself or family.. You have to pay 250 dollars if you need a day to handle personal business as in doctors appointments or such.. 150 dollars violations if you request time off in advance. There’s no way anyone should driving that much on a DOT.. They are greedy‼️ Don’t care about you as human.
This company is the absolute worst! I’ve witnessed the lies that they’ll tell and even lie on the police report when there is clear evidence that proves that they lied. This company should be shut down especially since this is an ongoing issue that isn’t being resolved. Do y’all do background checks on your drivers? Do y’all not care about the passengers and drivers on the street?
TERRIBLE experience with dart handicap paratransit van. One of the drivers who was in the left turning lane only had a passenger in the backseat and she was next to me on the road at a stop light. I was in the turning and straight lane and when the light turned green, the driver drove straight and did not turn which caused an accident and caused her to hit my car.
