This company is the absolute worst! I’ve witnessed the lies that they’ll tell and even lie on the police report when there is clear evidence that proves that they lied. This company should be shut down especially since this is an ongoing issue that isn’t being resolved. Do y’all do background checks on your drivers? Do y’all not care about the passengers and drivers on the street?
TERRIBLE experience with dart handicap paratransit van. One of the drivers who was in the left turning lane only had a passenger in the backseat and she was next to me on the road at a stop light. I was in the turning and straight lane and when the light turned green, the driver drove straight and did not turn which caused an accident and caused her to hit my car. This company contracts with drivers that will hit your vehicle. Then the driver is directed to lie on their police report to protect the company. Big Star Transit hit my wife and 4 month old son. Caving in her driver side portion of the vehicle. I pray none of your loved ones being transported or sharing the road with this company should have to live through this devastating experience.
My wife was hired in the Dallas location less than a month ago. The process from interviewing to onboarding and enablement was in complete shambles. The whole company is unorganized, unprofessional, lacks direction and borderline needs to be slapped with a lawsuit. Document all interactions with this company because none of it is safe or better yet stay far away. 0/5 stars if I could.
