My roof is leaking after we got it done by Eddie and he is no longer answering our calls.

Eddie did my roof, and after hurricane beryl I had my insurance come out to see it. They said that my roof is not insurable because the job was not done correctly. Eddie is no where to be found. He will not answer my phone calls or text.
