We were forced to use Big Star Plumbing due to our general contractor, and they were AWFUL. If you want to work with a company who is CHEAP, BAD WITH COMMUNICATION, and CAUSES LONG TERM DAMAGE, then this is the company. My husband (who is not a plumber) had to fix everything they did. Do yourself a favor - do not use this company.

Good people that treat you right
We had a pipe burst during the freeze. The first plumber I called was charging an additional $700 just to come look at things. I called Big Star and had two men here within the hour, repair made in about an hour! These people were professional, worked hard and fast, did an excellent job with the repair, clean-up, etc. I have just found my plumber for life! I highly recommend them!
