Cody Replaced my whole unit 3/12/2021. It has a 5 year warranty. On 7/6/2025 I called big star because it wasn't cooling, Cody came out, said it was the motor and it was still under warranty. He said it would take 7 to 10 days to get the part and I would pay labor only... I have not heard from him since. I have called, no answer. I've left voicemail and text messages. He has completely ghosted me. It's August 24th 2025 it's been 7 weeks with no contact.

Steer clear of this fella. He starts off pretty good, like he stands by his work, but in the end he stops answering his phone because he’s a spineless cheat. I had to have my entire system redone by Ray Robert in Quitman.

I can’t say enough good things about this business!! Cody was amazing and SAVED US! We have a newborn and our AC went out at 6 pm on a Friday (because when does it ever go out during normal business hours!?!) He had us fixed up so fast and let me tell you, he was so nice, honest, and professional. If we ever have issues in the future he will be my first call!

We started using Cody Francisco over 7 years ago. He serviced our ac the beginning of every summer. Was super nice, willing to work, even bought some handmade knives for his boys. However, this past summer, our ac went out, he came out to fix it and until this past winter, when we had no heat, we realized he put in parts that were not compatible to the air condition unit, therefore we froze all winter.
