Steer clear of this fella. He starts off pretty good, like he stands by his work, but in the end he stops answering his phone because he’s a spineless cheat. I had to have my entire system redone by Ray Robert in Quitman.
I can’t say enough good things about this business!! Cody was amazing and SAVED US! We have a newborn and our AC went out at 6 pm on a Friday (because when does it ever go out during normal business hours!?!) He had us fixed up so fast and let me tell you, he was so nice, honest, and professional. If we ever have issues in the future he will be my first call!
We started using Cody Francisco over 7 years ago. He serviced our ac the beginning of every summer. Was super nice, willing to work, even bought some handmade knives for his boys. However, this past summer, our ac went out, he came out to fix it and until this past winter, when we had no heat, we realized he put in parts that were not compatible to the air condition unit, therefore we froze all winter. They were here on time and were very knowledgeable on ac and heat systems. They sold us and replaced our outside ac unit. They did a great job and were very through. We will never use anyone else.
They sent someone out on a Saturday, which was awesome. He washed out everything and it actually dropped the temp 5 degrees. So it didn’t fix a dam thing. I told them I needed an estimate done for the air delivery on the house and possibly an air intake. Never heard back from them. I have called back numerous times and can never get anyone on the phone. Left messages. Never worked. Finally called three times in a row on 10/25/23 and finally got an answer at about 9 pm.
