Called the service department to see if when I could get my 2002 Honda Goldwing in for repair they informed me it was to old and they did not work on anything 10 years or older. My advice to anyone is not to deal with them. Service what you sell no matter what year. I called other dealers and they said no problem. I was considering a new Goldwing and probably get a new one soon, not from them. I'll walk first.
BUYER BEWARE, STEER CLEAR OF BIG ST CHARLES MOTORSPORTS!!! Bought a new 4 wheeler from them with extended warranty in Dec 2021. It was rarely used as we are so busy with summer sports. The 4 wheeler caught fire, seemingly from an electrical issue, while using it a few weeks ago....thankfully noone was hurt!! I don't know if it's because of the State of Indiana BMV (likely) or Big St. Charles Motorsports, but whomever is to blame I purchased a brand new 2023 Suzuki that I am unable to register, at this point making payments on a garage paperweight. I continue to call both BMV and Big St. Charles, but IN still can't say if they have the paperwork for a title, and both entities agree the original paperwork was returned to St. Charles for a VIN Inspection.
