Our dog really only likes the 4 people in our house so we had trouble finding a vet to care for him. Big springs took him in with no question and they have been our vet til this day. Zues and coco love them ❤️
The worst vet experience my cats have had. They take my cat back to clean her ears and she comes back with feces all over her rear end from them squeezing her so hard. WAY OVERPRICED for what they did!!
My dog has gone to Big Springs Veterinary Hospital for around 5 years. I've always had a good experience with the staff and the services they provide. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, I had to make the decision to put my old dog down. The staff was extremely accommodating, and they made a bad situation as easy as possible. I was able to spend a few more minutes alone with him, fed him chocolate, and they gave him a plate of whipped cream to lick while he went to sleep. Awesome place, everyone is super friendly. Dr Whitman caught that my newly adopted cat had a heart murmur. Got me into UT the next week and got Pickles diagnosed! I’ve already recommended the place to a few people.
We love Big Springs very much. They are the best we’ve ever been to. So happy we gave them a try!
