We were traveling I-80 on a tight schedule, when our van started to have major issues. I called to make sure someone could take a look at it quickly. When we pulled into the parking lot, James came out to greet us and had us pull right in. He found the problem quickly and fixed us up properly. He then made sure the suspension components and tires all looked good. The price was more than fair. Driving on i-80 and experienced some car troubles. We were in luck because we were close to the big springs repair shop. We spoke to James on the phone before we got there and he was ready when we arrived. Super helpful and had us up and back on the road in no time. Want to say thanks again to these folks if you have issues I'd highly recommend.
We were on our way home from Colorado, and our tire started going flat. We exited at the Big Springs exit, and called the tire shop and they said to come. We were there less than 30 minutes and our tire was repaired and we were on our way. Very friendly and very reasonably priced. Thank you for your great and compassionate service.
I am very grateful for this place! I was not even 1/4 of the way on a 1500 mile drive home when I saw screw in my tire. The gas station I was at recommended this place. I promptly drove 12 miles to this place and they fit me in and got me back on the road. The owners allowed me to bring in my giant dog while I waited. They were very friendly and listened to my worries of the safety of my car (this was the second thing stuck in my tire while in Colorado, a broken windshield, and something broken with leaf springs).
