I am a land owner and the rudeness level is very high. I recently inherited property that was manged by HUD and anytime I would ask a question regarding the system, I was treated like a 5 year old. I would not recommend this place unless they are ready to deal with impolite, discourteous, ill-behaved, impertinent, and disrespectful service
